BRING your left palm closest to your mouth. Now breathe in through your nose and exhale out into your palms. Feel your breath in and out three times. 

Feel the fragrance, the temperature, the strength of your breath in your extraordinary power to breathe🙏🪔🙏

IN THE LIGHT OF SUPREME GODDESS, IN THE ETERNITY OF YOUR EXISTENCE BE THE LIGHT🪔🙌🪔

Make a Sankalp - a  Promise, to LIGHT YOUR LIFE WITH THE LAMP OF YOUR OWN LIFE BREATH 🐚

And daily to feel your breath at least three breaths 🙏🙌🙏
