SUPREME MOTHER GODDESS THANK YOU for Blessing me and my family and all my loved ones and all on Earth. 🙏🪔🙏

Take one deep breath. Exhale smiling.

🪄Sit Joyfully straight with your Spine Straight and Uplifted.

Now, 

Place your right hand on your heart center, in the middle of the chest and 

Simply breathe 6 breaths in gently . 

Now exhale 6 counts out gently.

Do this 9 times.

Now continue keeping right hand on heart center and chant namo durgay 6 times.

Auspicious 6 Breath Blessings of sixth day of Navratri  Bless us all Magical Triumphant Shakti in our moments of extra strengths needed, very easily.
