Let us now Take a deep breath and Exhale Smiling. 

Sit Joyfully straight with your spine your path straight and uplifted🙏

Now smile into your beautiful Goddess Blessed eyes and 

Let us all enjoy celebrating connecting with our inner Beautiful Goddess eye vision. 

BRING one of your palms closest to your mouth. Now Breathe in through your nose and exhale out  into your palms. Feel in this way your breath in and out 3 times. 

NOW another 3 cycles breathe, feeling in your heart, 

I am so Blessed to touch my breath and feel it.

Now again another 3 cycles breathe in and this time in your heart feel,

Goddess Supreme love you for residing in my breath as the Life essence, pran shakti. 

NOW, relax your hands and place them the way you feel happiest🙏

This FIRST easiest connection with THE Goddess, through feeling our breath will empower us to genuinely connect. 

All through life it will be wonderful to have the vision, the observation and experience of how my breath feels and that I am so excited happy I am breathing.

BREATH BIRTHS ME EVERY DAY AS MY MOTHER GODDESS BIRTHING ME.. AND MY PRAN SHAKTI LIFE FORCE IN MY BREATH, MY MOTHER GODDESS FEEDING ME MY PRAN SHAKTI MY LIFE  LIGHT Battery FORCE. 

SHE IS THE ELECTRICITY SHE IS THE CHARGER 

SHE IS THE CREATION OF ALL IN EXISTENCE.
