Thank you God for giving me My precious eardrums - 

Fully and gently Breathe in and out once. 

Put your clean index fingers in your ears. 

Index fingers, connect me, with the Jupiter planet, which is my Divine Guide and Guru. 

Gently move the fingers inside the ears up and down 9 times. 

This will connect me into hearing, by listening to  Guidances with humbleness and acceptance to be willing to change to revere. 

Now take your fingers out of the ears. 

Instantly the mind will feel bright and Clear. This prevents one from feeling spaced out.
