I am Blessed Light of God.

Thank you God Almighty for Birthing Me and 

Thank you God Almighty for Giving me every Breath to Breathe in this  lifetime 🙏

My breath meditation offering to you, to celebrate you my beloved God , giver of my breath, breathing in me AUM

I sit spine on straight line 🪔 

I breathe in fully and freely and comfortably. 

 

I breathe out fully easily. 

I do offering for 3minutes

Every inhale and exhale I silently chant, 

I am Blessed Light of God.

I Thank you God for making me forever breathe and Feel LIGHT hearted 😀🤍😀
