The Vital Sheath of my Subtle Body is where all the chakras reside. 

My chakras are my inner energy-my pran shakti, residence centers.

My vital sheath also is the residence of my vital airs called vayus in sanskrit. 

It is My Vital Sheath that breathes life into my physical body's food sheath. 

My food sheath, the one sheath of my physical body is ABLE TO BREATHE LIFE Into itself, that means into MY PHYSICAL BODY, only because of my vital sheath. 

Without having the vital sheath breathing life into the physical body what will happen? 

The food body will be just a structure with no life in it.
