Today did I joyfully feel my Vital Sheath and if I did how did I feel it 🪔

Yes I felt my Vital Sheath 😁Every time I breathe I know that it is my Vital Sheath of my Subtle Body, breathing through my food sheath of my physical body 🙏

Do I see dreams in which I am on a beach or in my friend's house or in many different places doing many different things 😁

Yes many times 😁

Do dreams feel real that I was really in that place 😁

Yes 😁

While my physical body is laying down on the bed who inside me is traveling 🪔

The magician VS-VITAL SHEATH inside me is the one who travels. During sleep my physical body is visibly sleeping on the bed. That time my Vital Sheath of my Subtle Body is temporarily and partially disconnecting and going to all the places I am seeing 🎉

Then sometimes I observe, that I wake up with a jolt. That is so, because, while my Vital Sheath is enjoying sight seeing, it suddenly observes that, the other sheaths of the Subtle Body, are waking up the Physical Body. Now speedily VS rushes into connecting back fully with the physical body. This last minute full speed VS - vital sheath speedy entry into the Physical Body makes me wake up with a jolt. This is joyful experience of my Vital Sheath fun times travel outside my physical body. This waking up with a jolt is my real experience of my own adorable Vital Sheath.
