She directs herself daily to think and reason on how to be disciplined to do deep yog pranayam daily.

All the Pranic currents - also called nadis, or, rivers of life force energies, they all 

reside in the Vital Sheath of the Subtle Body. 

So it is the Vital Sheath of Chitra that breathes life into her physical body. 

So it is for all human beings too.
